The Department for Education (DfE) have asked schools to promote their helpline and website in social media, newsletters and bulletins:
The Department for Education has launched a new helpline to answer questions about COVID-19 related to education. Staff, parents and young people can contact the helpline as follows:

Opening hours: 8am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)

Responding to guidance given from the DfE, today we have provided NHS guidance on hand washing with our students.
We will continue to follow guidance from the Department for Education and will ensure to keep all parents, students and staff informed of any changes that may arise.
