Peer Mentors Blog Entry – 5th November 2013

Last half term was a busy one. We all raised money for Breast Cancer UK by holding a “Music while you munch” at dinner time. The idea was the School Council’s. We had the top musicians of STB playing for us all.

The “Getting to know you” sessions continued at lunchtimes each week in the conference room. We worked with year seven pupils getting to know them and to help with any issues they may have. Yet again it was a success. It was fun and we played a lots of games like wink murder and did many different activities. We shared our feeling by splitting the room in half and Ms Deakin asked us questions. This promoted discussion and we all shared our experiences.
