Small Schools Primary Schools Hockey Competition at STB

STB hosted the Small Schools Primary Schools Hockey Competition at STB this March. 5 of our leaders helped with the 4 a side indoor competition, which had 4 schools and 42 pupils taking part. The pupils were given a skills session by Northwest Coaching first and then played a round robin competition. The players soon learnt the skills of Hockey and the competition was played in a sporting manner.

Wood Lane emerged champions of the competition and are pictured here, with the STB leaders of Meg Hall, Abbi Roberts, Beth Chadwick, Beth Askey and Lauren Cotterill. Well done to all the players and the leaders.
