U16 vs St John Fisher Netball Match Report

The under 16 A netball team had a tough game against Saint John Fisher on 12th October 2016.

We didn’t start as strongly as we would have liked, losing the first quarter 3-11. After identifying key areas to work on, the team went back out and fought hard with excellent passing in the centre third by Emma Hancock, Olivia Nixon and Shannon Fahey. In the attacking third, Nicole Turner and Rebecca Day worked well together with accurate shooting. The defenders Megan Jones and Bethan Moore worked hard, intercepting the ball and keeping up with play. Unfortunately our hard work didn’t pay off and we lost the match 4-20.
