Boxing Success at Boughey

In October Cody Whitehouse had a White Collar Boxing Fight at Welterweight division at Biddulph Leisure Centre. He knocked down his opponent in the third round and won over all by majority decision.

There were two fights in November. Salvatore Ashdown had an Amateur Fight at Lightweight division at Knutton Ex Working Men’s Club. He won by Technical Knock Out (TKO) in the 3rd round by breaking his opponent’s nose.

Mrs Locke had a White Collar Boxing Fight at Middleweight Division at Chester Race Course. She won her fight in the 3rd round by TKO by landing a right hook.

Boxing in the school is growing and there is a club on Thursday lunch time led by Cody Whitehouse who is using it as one of his GCSE practical grades.
