Message from the Principal

Posted: March 27th, 2020

Good morning,
We hope everyone is safe and well.
Well done to everyone who has been completing the work set and returning it to your teachers – we have been incredibly impressed with your work! You really are showing great resilience, independence and determination.
We also want to make sure you all remember the importance of looking after your wellbeing. With less to distract you than normal, it could be very easy to get a bit too obsessed with your work. I know! Imagine a teacher saying that! But these are unusual times…
… so please do remember the importance of taking regular breaks, getting plenty of fresh air (obviously staying within government guidelines), eating healthily and staying hydrated. Only work the same amount you normally would – keep it to school hours if you can. Make sure you’ve got plenty of time reserved for doing other things that you enjoy.
We miss you all terribly – and it’s only been a week!
Look after yourselves.
Take care. Stay safe. Be kind.
Mrs Hingley
